Shipping

Every order placed on the Bijouterie Lepage website will be shipped to the address indicated on the invoice. Please note that no packages will be delivered to a P.O. box.

Within Canada:

  • Free shipping across Canada on any purchase of $75 or more before taxes;
  • Any order of $75 OR LESS before taxes will incur a $15 +tax shipping fee.

To the United States

  • A $15 fee will be charged for untracked delivery.
  • A $30 fee will be charged for tracked and insured delivery (6 business days).

International

  • For all other destinations, a $15 shipping fee will apply (untracked).
  • For tracked delivery (17 business days), a $50 fee will apply.

Customs clearance fees, brokerage fees or any taxes other than GST/QST are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Every order will be shipped via Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant delivery information, including the tracking number and estimated delivery time provided by the carrier. Please note that Bijouterie Lepage is not responsible for any additional delivery delays from the carrier. A signature from an adult will be required upon delivery.

All jewelry and watches ordered online (excluding our Pier Joaillerie collections) are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. For Pier Joaillerie pieces, production times may vary depending on the item ordered. We aim to maintain a maximum processing time of 2 weeks per order. However, these delays may change without notice during peak periods. We will make sure to keep you informed if needed.

When placing an order on the Bijouterie Lepage website by filling your shopping cart, it is your responsibility to ensure that the ring sizes or chain/bracelet lengths are correct. Once you receive your order confirmation email, it will not be possible to cancel your order. If you need to make changes, you must contact the Bijouterie Lepage team immediately (within a maximum of 24 hrs) by email at info@bijouterielepage.com specifying the required changes. No order cancellations will be accepted.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, Bijouterie Lepage’s customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements to deliver your order as quickly as possible.


In-store pickup

If you choose to pick up your order in person at Bijouterie Lepage, our customer service team will notify you when your order is ready. You will need to provide your order number upon pickup.
