OUR RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Can I get a refund or an exchange?
Bijouterie Lepage offers you the possibility to exchange the ordered product if it does not meet your expectations. Once the return is approved and the item received, a virtual gift card equal to the total value of the purchase will be issued, which you can use online at your convenience. Please note we do not offer refunds. Any exchange must be made within 15 business days, and the following conditions must be met:
- Only returns of items shipped within Canada are accepted. Please note that international sales are final.
- The item must be in perfect condition and unworn.
- Any item sold at 25% off or more is a FINAL SALE (except for CITIZEN and BULOVA watches).
- The product must not have been resized or engraved.
- You may only return one item per order if the order included multiple items. This policy is in place to prevent abuse.
- All returns must be approved in advance by our team.
- Following an exchange, no further return will be possible on the subsequent order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to make a secure return by mail?
If your purchase is eligible for our exchange policy, here are the steps to follow to return your jewelry safely:
- First, contact us to let us know the reason for your return.
- Carefully pack your item in its original packaging and ensure all original components are included.
- Include your online order confirmation number (order number) in the package.
- Visit a Canada Post counter to obtain a shipping label and securely ship your parcel.

By following these procedures, you can be confident your package will arrive safely.
Once we receive your parcel, we will contact you within 5 business days to process your exchange.

Can I cancel my order?
When placing your order on the Bijouterie Lepage website by filling your shopping cart, it is your responsibility to ensure that ring sizes or chain/bracelet lengths are correct. Once you receive a confirmation email for your order, cancellation will not be possible. If you need to make changes, you must contact the Bijouterie Lepage team immediately (within a maximum of 24 hrs) by email at info@bijouterielepage.com specifying the required changes. No order cancellations will be accepted.
Possible Errors
Bijouterie Lepage is not just a business—it’s made up of people who think, create, craft, write, and interact… Despite our best efforts, errors may appear on this website. Whether it’s a product description or pricing issue, we reserve the right to correct such errors or, in more extreme cases, cancel the order.
Resizing Available!
Looking to order a ring but can’t find your size? No worries—Bijouterie Lepage offers complimentary resizing. One size up (e.g., size 5 to size 6) or any size down is free of charge. Additional resizing beyond one size may incur extra fees. Feel free to contact our team at info@bijouterielepage.com for more details.
Can I apply my 10% newsletter subscription discount to a sale item?
Discounts cannot be combined. The 10% promo code you receive upon subscribing to the newsletter can only be applied to regular-priced merchandise, not sale items.
Terms & Conditions
Online purchases are subject to these general terms and conditions of sale, which define the rights and obligations of Bijouterie Lepage and the customer. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms before placing orders and purchasing products from Bijouterie Lepage online. These terms come into effect once the customer confirms their order.
Bijouterie Lepage reserves the right to limit available product quantities for online purchases and to cancel any order, for any reason. In such cases, the customer will be notified by email or phone and a full refund will be issued.
These general terms apply only to online purchases and do not replace any other agreement between Bijouterie Lepage and the customer regarding purchased products.
Payment
Your order can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, through the secure Sezzle platform, PayPal, and others.
Authorization from your card issuer or internet payment provider is required at the time of purchase. If authorization is not obtained, Bijouterie Lepage reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice and without any responsibility or obligation.
