Order

When you order a Pier Joaillerie jewel, the manufacturing times for each piece may vary depending on the items ordered. We try to maintain processing times for each order of 2 weeks maximum. However, these times may be modified without notice during busy periods. We will make sure to keep you informed if the situation requires it.

When you place your order on the Bijouterie Lepage website by filling your shopping cart, it is your responsibility to check if the ring sizes or chain or bracelet lengths are correct. Once you have received an email confirming your order, it will be impossible to cancel it. However, if you have any changes to make, you must contact the Bijouterie Lepage team immediately (within 24 hours maximum) by email at info@bijouterielepage.com specifying the necessary changes. No order cancellations will be accepted.

If an ordered piece of jewelry is temporarily out of stock, Bijouterie Lepage customer service will contact you as soon as possible to make the necessary accommodations to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery

Each order placed on the Bijouterie Lepage website will be delivered to the address indicated on the invoice. It is important to note that no package will be delivered to a PO box. Delivery is free anywhere in Canada on any order of $150 or more before taxes, for orders in the United States and internationally, different delivery options are offered. Customs clearance fees, brokerage taxes or taxes other than GST/QST are the customer's responsibility.

Each order will be shipped via Canada Post. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped, along with important information about the delivery of the product(s), including the tracking number and the carrier's estimated delivery times. Please note that Bijouterie Lepage is in no way responsible for additional delivery times from the carrier. A signature by an adult will be required upon delivery of the packages.

Picking up the product in store

When you choose to pick up your order in person at Bijouterie Lepage, you will be informed by our customer service team when your order will be ready. You will need to provide your order number when picking it up.

Art, passion et bijoux qui racontent une histoire

Depuis toujours, l’art fait partie de ma vie. Enfant, je transformais tout en petites œuvres créatives. Aujourd’hui, diplômée en graphisme et en bijouterie-joaillerie, je mets cette passion au service de créations uniques, faites à la main, avec cœur et savoir-faire.

Propriétaire de la Bijouterie Lepage et fondatrice de Pier Joaillerie, j’ai réalisé un rêve en 2013 : allier ma fibre entrepreneuriale à ma créativité. Dans mon atelier de Matane, je répare et conçois des bijoux pour célébrer la beauté des moments imparfaits.

Impliquée en Matanie, je soutiens activement ma communauté et je partage ma passion à travers le podcast Histoires de bijoux, un espace dédié aux artisans joailliers du Québec et aux récits derrière leurs créations.

Chaque bijou raconte une histoire et je crois que la joaillerie va bien au-delà de l’ornement : elle est une façon d’exprimer sa personnalité, de célébrer les moments précieux et de donner vie à ce qui nous rend uniques.

Dans mon atelier de Matane, je mets mon savoir-faire, ma créativité et ma passion au service de bijoux qui ont une âme. Des créations imaginées avec intention, façonnées avec soin et pensées pour traverser le temps, tout en conservant cette petite touche d’audace qui fait toute la différence.

Parce qu’un bijou ne devrait pas simplement être beau. Il devrait aussi te ressembler, te faire vibrer et raconter un peu de ton histoire.
