All our pieces are made according to the highest quality standards. Each item is handcrafted and is carefully examined before being placed in your possession. Thanks to our expertise in repair and our guarantee, we are able to assist you in the maintenance of your Pier Joaillerie jewelry and in its preservation. Since your satisfaction and trust are important to us, each item, accompanied by its proof of purchase, is covered by a one-year warranty on any manufacturing defect. All jewelry and watches from other brands sold on the Bijouterie Lepage website are covered by a one-year warranty or by the manufacturer's warranty if applicable. However, if a product has a defect due to abnormal or abusive use, we may refuse the return and no exchange or refund will be granted.

15-day satisfaction guarantee

If, within 15 days of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with the product you ordered via our website www.bijouterielepage.com, you could obtain an exchange (excluding shipping costs) by meeting the following conditions: you must contact us by email at info@bijouterielepage.com indicating that you wish to avail yourself of the 15-day satisfaction guarantee. You will then obtain the appropriate information on the return procedure and a return authorization number will be assigned to you.

You must return the product in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, including all its parts, accessories and accompanying documentation (proof of purchase and other). The jewelry must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn. Please note that return authorization numbers are only valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue. It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your package before this period expires, otherwise your return will be refused.

If these return conditions are met, the Bijouterie Lepage team will offer you an exchange (excluding shipping costs). However, the return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the 15-day satisfaction guarantee and returns are applicable to items shipped to Canada only. It should also be noted that items sold internationally are final sales. Also, only one item per order may be returned or exchanged, in order to avoid any abuse.

No returns will be accepted if the Bijouterie Lepage team has not been duly informed of your intention to avail yourself of the 15-day satisfaction guarantee, within this 15-day period (including weekend days), calculated from the date the product was delivered to you.
